Konfusion with a K

Can I just ask how u can be arrested for exposing urself in a MEN's bathroom? Aren't they all naked in there anyway??

P.S. i am a girl and havent been in a Mens bathroom, unless you consider the one in my House a mens room ( I have two brothers) I am talking about a guy who got arrested yesterday for peeing in a bathroom<>
